法鼓山禪一

法鼓山　是台灣幾個佛教山頭中
在落實佛法修行這方面上我印象最好的地方
[這純粹只是個人對世俗表相的看法
實際上是否如此末學不敢評斷]
雖然一直以來都沒有機緣從書籍學習或是親炙法鼓山的禪法傳承
但是法鼓山及聖嚴師父
其實都是過去一年多來促成我能聞思修正法的助緣
曾德明和林純瑜老師都畢業於法鼓佛教學院的前身"中華佛研所"
譯著了許多影響我甚多的實修文獻的如石法師
也曾是中華佛研所的副研究員
[如石法師是曾老師在佛研所時的指導教授]
在橡樹林與橡實的多本譯作中
對於建立我正確佛學知見有相當影響者
相當大的一部分是由賴隆彥和廖本聖老師中譯的
兩位學長也是畢業於中華佛研所
[賴老師的指導教授應該也是(？)如石法師
廖老師當時的藏文老師就是曾德明老師]
乃至於晨曦社這學期的初級禪訓班能圓滿辦成
都要感謝法鼓山傳燈院提供場地跟師資的協助

這個週末
因著佛教學院的洛廷學長等人的協助
得以和晨曦社及中道社兩位學長一同上法鼓山參加禪一
這是我第一次踏上法鼓山的總本山
這裡的地勢環境園區建築看起來有變成熱門旅遊景點的趨勢
假日前來參學或是拜訪的人絡繹不絕
但周遭原始的山林、樸實的建築與和氣的四眾弟子
似乎能收攝每個到來過客的身心

下午到訪時由幾位佛教學院的學長帶我們熟悉周遭環境
[這邊的生態環境看來仍相當原始而且登山步道並不少
看來是個可以兼顧身心修行與認識生物的好地方]
用過晚齋
到祈願觀音殿和大殿頂禮過菩薩及三寶佛後
就進到禪堂開始將近一天的閉關
雖說心淨則國土淨
但還是不得不讚嘆法鼓山禪堂的不可思議
在這裡任何的起心動念都覺照得清清楚楚
從入口處的橫幅──應無所住
對聯──選佛場中別無對手　傳燈會上相印於心
到禪堂裡潔淨無暇的佛陀
無一不直指人心
策勵禪眾精進

由於這次的禪一
有許多上山參加研討會的教授和學生留下參加
大多是接觸佛教不多、沒有打坐經驗者
所以果鏡法師在晚上特地先向大家介紹了禪堂跟基本坐禪的方法
結束之前遇上今年規模最大的地震
相當有趣的因緣

禪堂的居士寮房潔淨舒適機能健全
能在這樣的環境修行真不知是過去累積多少福報得來的
而且因為體諒研討會留下的參加者
早上打板的時間延後到五點
[一般而言應該是三點半到四點間]
這一晚睡得相當好:)

做完早課用完早齋
先到禪堂外的禪堂臨溪公園走了一圈
回到禪堂後
先是果鏡法師的演講
接著是堂主果元法師關於放鬆的開示
聽果元法師講話心中有一股歡喜生起
不過一整個早上下來
真正坐禪的時間大概只有一炷香左右
對禪一而言好像少了一點XD

中午用過午齋後有短暫的出坡
之後竟然允許我們回寮房休息到兩點
這真是太令我吃驚了
雖然我也回房小小休息了一下
但是後來在結束後的小組分享時
聽佛教學院的一位法師說
她那段時間到戶外的打坐空間打坐
唉只能說自己真是太不精進

下午的打坐時間對我而言相當長
從兩點到四點整整兩個小時
不是很確定什麼時候腿部和骨盆的疼痛痠麻開始生起
先把疼痛當作禪修的對境
大概方法用得不好
這一雙腿是越觀越痛
決定採用阿姜查的方法
隨息持念buddho並觀想禪堂中微笑的佛陀
這方法很好
有一些時間身心的輕安取代了腿部的疼痛
不過我的堅毅力還是不夠強
沒有坐到果鏡法師敲引磬就起身經行
不過原本以為只坐了一小時
但是才經行兩圈引磬聲就響起
所以算起來大概坐了有100分鐘左右
還是很大的突破了
起坐後是小組分享
聽佛教學院的法師和學長分享心得
有不錯的收獲

收拾整理禪堂後禪一活動圓滿結束
不過距離回台北的國光號發車時間所剩無幾
我因為回佛教學院找昨日放在傘架上的雨傘
沒能在下山前到大殿禮佛
算是此行最大的缺憾吧:)
[其實雨傘也沒找著
因為法鼓山的傘慣例上是可以自由拿取
大概是被人撐到別棟建築去了
雨傘算是布施給法鼓山了XD]

這一年來最該感謝的應該是曾德明和林純瑜老師吧
再來就是已邁入第50年的晨曦社
呵呵
當然還有身邊的家人朋友師長以及所有的有情眾生
