回頭看六月在"道阻且長"提到的
累計今年已經有一篇Science、一篇Nat Cell Biol、兩篇PNAS
外加一篇Cell Leading Edge Review

事實上在我決定做那麼大的改變的時候
手邊的實驗結果也已經露出了一線曙光
跟近來幾個大頭提的看法相符
Nat Cell Biol那篇做了大部分我能力所及而且有希望完成的實驗
然而他們沒有做某個重要的assay!
假如我之前在這個assay的結果可以apply到Caulobacter crescentus
他們的model有相當關鍵的一點可能需要修正

真的是天時地利缺人和啊XD
